Life, Hormones and sexual drive
Life, Hormones and sexual drive
It may sound the title of funny philofical movie flick but instead we are living in an horror movie.
In our modern society the threshold age of andropause is costantly decreasing!
What is andropause ? it’s the male equivalente of femanl menopause and affect men between 40 and 55. But wait, it wasn’t that way in the past!
A few hundred years ago andropause did not start until the 50s, but the industrialized society has turned andropause into a man triggered condition.
Yes, the decreasing level of testosterone is “our” fault, well… it’s due to the constant presence of a wide range of chemical products. These chemicals act as synthetic hormones inside our body and trigger certain changes at physical and psycological levels.
Those “aliens” estrogens (called xenoestrogens) are disrupting natural hormonal balance and lead the body to an early andropause! The symptions usually are: urination and prostate problems, mood swings, chronic depression, impotence, low sex drive, decreasing sperm count, obesity, low blood sugar and even diabetes, dry skin, bone fragily, fatigue, low absorption of Zinc, more chances of heart strokes and water retention.
As you seen that’s not only a problem of lower sexual desire, but it’s also life threatening risk.
You may wonder, where do the xenoestrogen come from ? There are many sources:
- Pesticides
- Herbicides
- Plastic wrappings
- Plastic drinking bottles
- Meat from animals raised on hormone-rich food
- Detergents
- Pollution
Doctor Allan Lieberman, from the Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine, stated a couple of years ago that the level of xenoestrogens in the body starts in infancy and is compounded by modern life.
“The combined use of pesticides in growing the food and soft plastics in transporting and packaging the food raises our exposure to endocrine disruptersâ€?
says doctor Lieberman.
Now calm down, there’s still hope.
There are several things anybody can do to limit the severity of hormonal imbalance and its symptoms.
Don’t worry, “changing the diet” doesn’t mean dieting to lose weight (althought it may be beneficial), but you could raise the amount of fruint and vegetables you eat daily and gradually you could reduce the quantity of meat. (Avoid fast food if you can, their meal are the worst possible solution)
Smoking, heavy drinking or drugs consumption are likely to worsen the andropause symptoms and should be avoided at all .
One possible answer to the lack of zinc and the falling sex drive is VolumePills. These pills are an awesome source of zinc and can increase sexual drive and sperm count.
Zinc is vital to the healthy functioning of the prostate, testicles, immune system, wound healing and is part of more than 300 enzymes. If you feel you are lacking your sex drive as you once were, or if the doctor told you that your sperm count is extremely low, then you should try VolumePills.
A combination of getting rid of unhealthy lifestyle choices, exercising and VolumePills should be enough to bring back the need for sex and all the pleasure that comes with sexual satisfaction.
